Our Buying House Workflow

Seamless, Transparent & Quality-Driven – Every Step of the Way

At Aline Garments & Apparels Ltd., we follow a globally aligned, systematic workflow to deliver superior-quality garments to international buyers. From first contact to final shipment, our team ensures precision, compliance, and timely execution at every stage.

01

Buyer Engagement & Requirement Analysis

Our Marketing & Merchandising team connects with buyers, understands their product requirements, and showcases our sample collection. Based on buyer interest, we collect inquiries or confirmed orders.

02

Factory Sourcing & Compliance Assurance

We select the most suitable factory for each order. Every factory we work with must hold internationally recognized certifications such as Oeko-Tex, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, or any buyer-specific standard — ensuring ethical, safe, and compliant production.

03

Costing, Consumption & Price Negotiation

Our experts calculate fabric consumption, prepare detailed costing, and negotiate the best possible price with the manufacturer. The final costing sheet is then shared with the buyer for approval.

04

Product Development & Sample Pattern

Our Development Merchandisers prepare the first pattern/sample based on buyer specifications. This prototype is sent to the buyer for review and feedback.

05

Revised Pattern Submission

After receiving buyer comments, we make necessary adjustments and submit the second revised pattern for approval.

06

Fit Sample Preparation & Quality Check

Once the pattern is approved, a fit sample is produced. Our Quality Control (QC) team evaluates the fit, measurements, and overall construction to ensure it aligns with buyer expectations.

07

Red Seal Sample (Buying Sample) Approval

We prepare the Red Seal Sample — the final product sample. Once approved by the buyer, the order moves into confirmed production.

08

Handover to Production Merchandising

After confirmation, our Production Merchandiser takes full control of the execution process, ensuring all stages remain on track.

09

Fabric & Trims Booking

The production team books all fabrics, trims, and accessories based on approved specifications and buyer standards.

10

Material Follow-Up & Production Planning

We monitor the arrival of all materials to ensure timely production. Once everything is approved, a production planning meeting is held with the factory.

11

Production Floor Quality Monitoring

Our QC team continuously inspects the production line to ensure garments are being produced with approved materials, correct techniques, and accurate specifications.

12

Sample Management & Buyer Communication

QC checks all required samples — Red Seal, Gold Seal, Web Samples, Pre-Production Samples — before sending them to the buyer. The team also supports factory personnel with technical guidance whenever needed.

13

In-House Laboratory Testing

Aline Garments & Apparels Ltd. conducts comprehensive in-house testing of materials.

  • Fabric quality & GSM
  • Shade variation & continuity
  • Lab dips
  • Trims & accessory verification
  • Bulk fabric hangers

These tests ensure consistency, durability, and buyer-standard compliance.

14

Pre-Shipment Inspections

Multiple inspections — Inline, Midline, Pre-Final & Final — are conducted to ensure the shipment is 100% compliant and production meets international standards.

15

Ex-Factory & Commission Settlement

After the goods leave the factory (ex-factory), we prepare the packing list and complete all commercial documentation. Upon shipment confirmation, the buying house receives its commission.
